Solar Pumping Systems

SolarPumping Systems are specially designed for water supply in remote areas in which no reliable electricity source is available. They deliver water in an economic and environmentally friendly way, even from very deep wells. Features, such as longevity and minimum maintenance are key advantages of these pumping systems.

SolarAO Disinfection

The SolarAO Disinfection system generates a disinfectant that ensures that water can be stored and transported risk-free. The level of chlorine can be adjusted according to the requirements and taste preferences. Automatic operation, use of no additional chemicals and solar off-grid operation make it extremely low maintenance and easy to use.

SolarUV Disinfection System

SolarUV - Disinfection Systems (UltraViolet) provide drinking water to remote and rural areas. Completely solar-powered SolarSpring systems use chemical free UV-Disinfection technology to produce drinking water from sources like ground or surface water. Automatic operation, low maintenance need and high security standards are the features of our SolarUV-Disinfection Systems.

SolarUF Ultrafiltration

SolarUF (Ultrafiltration) units purify up to 20.000 litres of water per day using only PV solar energy. The SolarUF unit operates autonomously and safely remove harmful bacteria and viruses from contaminated water. Automatic backflushing and energy management make the system easy to run, low maintenance, and ideal for remote applications.

Autonomous Desalination Units

ORYX is a stand-alone system for solar water desalination.  Thermal energy for membrane distillation is provided by solar thermal collectors and solar PV power the pumps and control systems.  Each unit is designed to operate autonomously, starting and stopping automatically when there is sufficient sunlight.
ORYX is robust, has low-fouling tendency and can be used with seawater or brackish wells.  No pre-treatment chemicals, no backflushing and low maintenance make ORYX ideal for drinking water supply in remote areas.

Configurable Desalination Systems

Based on membrane distillation technology, MMD systems are relatively feedwater independent, low-fouling, and low maintenance. Solar thermal or waste heat energy is used to attain optimal operating temperatures of 80-85°. PV powered pumps circulate the water at the pressure of 1 bar in the system. Using SolarSpring MD modules, configurations can be scaled to user needs from 1 m3 to 10 m3 per day.  Systems can be configured with heat storage tanks for constant water production.
